Satellizer L. Bridget vs Erza Scarlet

As much as I utterly love Satellizer, her only advantages over Erza are Accel-Tempest (in which she is not proficient) and her healing and ability to stand and fight after wounds which should have killed her. Erza is comparably versatile as hell.
That said, if and only if this is not a Composite Erza and she is using the Clean Heart Clothing, it's a decisive victory for Satellizer. Otherwise, she can only hope to compete by using her range and making good use of speed equalization to wound and tire down Erza before she reaches her, but that huge stamina of Erza means such a thing is not guaranteed.
I bet on Satellizer's resilience and range to be able to compete with Erza's armors, but it will be a fierce battle and this is more like a 60% of winning than something even close to decisive.
