Sarda the Sage vs. Ness

Sarda's resistance to reality and plot manipulation are from his own attacks being used against him and him being like "eh"

Sarda's capable of viewing an entire fight and future and past hundreds of times before it happens passively due to his state of existence and he should also be capable of erasing timelines and erasing people from all of history. He also controls the elements to the most metaphorical and abstract level if that helps as well.

Oh, uh ok.

This matchup makes my head spin in all directions. Well at least Ness has Nigh-Omniscience, which would theoretically grant him every abilities that is used in the Earthbound verse, with the addition of being protected and guided by a fully omniscient entity who exist in all Unknown amount of timelines and people's mind. Though apparently Truth is not bound by conventional time.

I'm fairly sure if we take the Low 2-C lowball we're ignoring the 612-dimensional thing so he'd just be existing beyond a Low 2-C reality

Though Ness doesn't use plothax so idk where resisting it would bring Sarda

Eh, I mean TOTU could still prevent Ness from dying and such.

Question is, could TOTU come in and smack Sarda with sheer AP?

That is still above Ness' range, isnt it?

That's sorta wrong then. A god shouldn't be allowed to just come down and punch the opponent unless the person is specificslly capable of summoning them

It should still be allowed, because otherwise SCP-343 and Khorne shouldn't be allowed for Kharn and SCP-682

They're granting boons to them, Khorne isn't coming down himself and punching the shit out of his opponent with his 1-B fist

Ness stomped Iihiko via fatehax only, iirc
Yep. Like I said, I'm pretty sure that whole the thing is still attributed to Fate Manipulation. Since Ness is literally being protected by a much stronger entity.

if Ness has no way of winning the battle or no way of dealing damage to enemy, then the best situation for Ness in this case would require the help of The Player since that's what happened with his battle against Giygas.

I wish he did, tbh.

Well, that is how Giygas was canonically defeated, so I don't see why it shouldn't be allowed here.
