Cuphead is 9-A and possesses his peak stats, but doesn't have the plane. Fight takes place in the middle of an empty desert wasteland. 20 meter starting distance. Santos has all of his weapons, but doesn't get his sub-weapons.

Round 2:

Same as above but Santos gets all of his sub-weapons and Cuphead gets the plane.
