Sans with his time stop ability

Hello there.
I wanna ask, does sans need an upgrade or for someone to put time stopping in his abilities, look here: Link for sans stopping time, on 2:56, he stops time, since other characters stop moving, grillby's flame head just stops, music also stops, and when i look into it, it seems that his gaster blasters are shooting out beams of energy, which is about 1/100th of lights speed, but idk, thats why im asking, plz answer

I think that's just a dramatic effect.
If he could stop time, he definitely would've done so during the genocide fight.

True, it could be a dramatic effect, but it seems like the reason he doesn't use it in the genocide fight is because frisk isn't effected by it, since clearly frisk can talk back to sans even though he stopped time, does he not use it in fights since frisk is immune to it? explains how everyone else is effected but frisk isn't, idk tho

It wouldn't make sense for him to literally stop time to ask you about some flowers.
Even if Frisk wasn't affected, there's no way he would know that.

hmm yea yea make sense ngl, toby just building it up to seem like sans knows about flowey but its a big joke about sans asking about echo flowers

Post battles in the versus threads section, yes.

Just read the profiles and make sure it's not a stomp first.
