@Superray06: If this is a mismatch or a stomp, users don't vote. (Unless you count debating whether it's a stomp &/or mismatch, but I think that's already been reasonably decided by now.)
To give a bit more detail on the difference in power.... Sans is 9-A, Giga Bowser is At least High 7-A. Without checking where in their tiers are, lemme tell ya' about the difference, supposing Sans were maximum 9-A & Giga Bowser were minimum High 7-A. https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Attack_Potency
Going by the high-end to low-end ratios of their tiers.... The strongest 9-A, compared to the weakest High 7-A is about 17,615,261,664 times weaker. Sans is over 17 billion times weaker, if I'm reading that right.
Yes, Sans CAN teleport & GB's range is only "Extended melee range to tens of meters. Higher with Fire Breath.", but what stops GB putting his foot down hard on the ground with his High 7-A AP & letting physics make a shockwave not only powerful enough, but big & long lasting enough to hit & kill Sans whether he teleports or not?
Also, GB possibly flash freezing Sans solid (Whirling Fortress does that, doesn't it?) probably spells the end for Sans. Not much room to dodge a big guy like GB on Final Destination anyway.
Definitely. Only issue is, as usual, hitting the tiny, teleporting target in a speed equalized match. Not saying that to support Sans, of course, but GB needs to hit him. With anything, but still has to hit Sans.
