1 mod think its flat out time stop we need another mod to agree it to be flat out time stop

If it is part of the Powers and Abilities section:
"likely Time Stop (Shown here, which matches aesthetically several instances where Sans seemingly teleports. Papyrus also confirms Sans to have both space and time-related abilities from personal experience)"
If it is as a note, either:
"Sans ability to stop time was disscused and agreed on here"
Or:
"While there's not direct confirmation for the cutscene with Sans in Grillby's to be him stopping time, several instances where Sans seemingly teleports reuse aesthetic elements from it and Papyrus confirms from personal experience that Sans has both space and time-related abilities."
