Ironic given how Samus is usually downplayed. Anyway, both characters are Low 4-C actually. But to more important details, this is a massive hax stomp in Samus's favor. Dr Wheelo has like almost no hax at all where as Samus is an extremely brokenly haxed character. Energy Absorption, Matter Destruction, Space-Time distortion, Black Hole manipulation, and more.
