This is tough Sub Z has teleportation and ice stuff to mess with Jack and theres that whole logia-eqsue intangibility.
But Jack has way more experience and intelligence.
Im going to say Jack via high difficulty. if the intangibility doesnt last as long as SUb Z wants then Jack can get a win here. I dont know about how the intangiblity works but if it has a duration (considering he has near limitless stamina so it ending ue to lack of stamina is kinda unlikely.)
