We know Aku did this with his powers and we know the Gods are stronger than Aku do you think the gods should scale from this?

This is an amalgamation of different timestreams that collapses because Aku can't keep his powers up.

Though for the thread I don't see why this would be an AP feat, since Samurai Jack doesn't have a UES. This would just be a Tier 4 creation feat, which I guess I'm fine with.

This article states that, from a writer on the show, and creator Genndy Tartakovsky himself, that Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time is the true canon ending to the show. And as I rewatched the final episode, there was a small window in the episode and it's totally innocuous. It's just an edit...
