Honestly yeah. And real quick before anyone says it…no, Raimi Spidey is NOT more skilled. He has more experience, but his experience doesn’t really stack up to Spectacular. For reference, as of NWH, a majority of Raimi Spidey’s experience is fighting common crooks, while Spectacular Spidey has fought much more intimidating opponents on a weekly basis. Not to mention, Spectacular Spidey’s fighting style is MUUUUUUUCH better
So yeah, Spectacular Spidey’s more skilled. Paired with his LS advantage and webbing, he can incapacitate Raimi Spidey pretty quick

Because Season 2 Spectacular Spidey got strong enough to actually box up/gain the advantage over/defeat people who could dogwalk him in Season 1, the power gap between him and Raimi Spider-Man would be less than 2.46x
That technically might not matter too much though because Spectacular Spider-Man's greater acrobatics, skill, fighting style, and LS will allow him to avoid Raimi Spider-Man's attacks and incapacitate him quickly as I said above

I see, I see that will a wincon for spectacular spider-man. A wincon for Tobey could be his instinct to go for the web-shooter, making grating him the range advantage, and disabling his ability to shoot webs.

I don't see that as a Raimi Spidey wincon at all for multiple reasons:
A) Spectacular Spider-Man's webshooters are not NEARLY as visible or vulnerable like TASM Spidey's webshooters are
B) That was not Raimi Spidey's instinct. He simply saw the webshooters on TASM Spidey's wrists and shot at them
C) Even if this did happen, Spectacular Spidey could just...rip the webbing off. Higher LS, remember? Especially since the LS feat he scales to comes from Season 1, and in Season 2, he got stronger. Regardless of the season, Raimi Spidey isn't disabling or restricting anything here
