Saitama blitzes and one shots here. Even if speed is equalized though, he still stomps. He scales to effortlessly destroying an attack far stronger than the 6-A rating of Tick, which is why he's in a different tier.

Despite what this site claims, I think Tick wins, tbh. This sums up my reasons for why.

Doesn't matter when Saitama is thousands of times stronger. Also, we have rules regarding Black Hole feats. Given how the Tick us only 6-A, I doubt the black hole he survived is a real one.
