Considering it was never fully indicated how Kuuga's 'World Breaking Rider Kick' is done, I mean it can literally be him stomping the ground, and also every punch and kick from him, whether you block it or not, makes you bleed. I'll probs just give this to Kuuga considering his relative to Black who is also hinted and pointed to being a minimum Plante Buster after defeating the Creation King.
