Saitama vs Chiaotzu (Android saga)

Guys if you want your votes to be counted you're going to have to give valid reasons, not just "X char wins".

Chiaotzu due to energy manip, intel, exp, and speed

Saitama scales to Boros, and Boros's most consistent feats and statements are multi-continent to planet level (since multiple guides and statements say planet, while only 1 says star). Since Saitama used 50% or more against Boros, he should not be too much stronger than Chaotzu. Besides, Chiaotzu has been training for at least 20-ish years with Tien since the Saiyan saga, so who knows how much stronger he has become now.

Chiaotzu being right around the same tier alongside having greater amounts of abilities makes this a pretty huge stomp if going off of just 5-B for Saitama. Yes, Saitama is AT LEAST planet level, but in cases of other characters with a similar ranking like that either being "Likely" this or "Possibly" that, them being Likely or Possibly ranked somewhere shouldn't affect how the match ends because it's indeterminable where Saitama is otherwise.

I know I'm quite late to the thread, but Chiaotzu should take this with relative difficulty.
