i mean unless it took an infinite time just to get the attack from one universe to another (which then it shouldn't be a speed feat) I don't see why it's not Immeasurable

makes no sense
if i throw a ball aiming for another planet in another solar system, and I land it and I don't die of old age since then, wouldn't that be a FTL feat at the least?
