Sailor Man Vs. Sailor Moon (Popeye Vs. Sailor Moon) (1-0-2)

I decided to join this thread because I had this interesting idea for a fight. The following combatants are:

Popeye (Canon)
Vs.
Sailor Moon (Manga)

Character Notes:
1. Popeye starts with a can of Spinach in his arsenal. If Sailor Moon manages to stall the battle that his spinach effects run out, Popeye can generate a new can.
2. Sailor Moon is using her Super Form for this fight. (I was considering Eternal Form but that might be too much for Popeye. You may evaluate the Eternal Form too in this fight if you wish.)
3. Both Characters are Blood-lusted (This is to rule out these two not wanting to hurt each other)
4. Both are at Low 2-C. (2-C for Eternal Sailor Moon if you want to calculate that battle too)

Battle Notes:
1. Victory is by knocking out the other user in one way or another for at least 1 minute.
2. Both characters have no preparation time, they are simply informed that they need to battle the other user and are teleported to the battlefield.
3. The battlefield is a barren planet about the size of Earth.
4. Speed is equalized.
5. Both Characters begin 10 meters away from each other.

After checking the rules, I think I can cast my own vote.

Honestly, I feel like the main thing with this battle is if Usagi can react fast enough to Popeye. It's possible that she can throw an attack at Popeye that instantly reduces him to nothing, but he manages to regenerate by using his spinach. Popeye's punches can rip entire universes and hurt multi-dimensional beings in his spinach form, so he can definitely throw several blows at Usagi without her being immune to them.

This is not to say Usagi is no slouch, either. She can restore universes and has also destroyed multi-dimensional beings. Not to mention that Sailor Moon has the power to destroy pocket universes, too. She has also obliterated multiple powerful beings with single attacks before.

My overall vote tilts towards Popeye. I've evaluated both pages and I find Popeye to be able to throw his attacks quicker than Usagi, which can easily chip her away over time. While Speed is Equalized, Sailor Moon still has to say her attack in order to use it. The battle may take a bit, but Popeye would eventually whittle Usagi down enough to knock her out, or even worse, destroy her Silver Crystal if she gets weak. If Sailor Moon's Eternal Form is used, I feel like even that might not be enough to stop Popeye, though it will make the fight stretch a lot longer than need be. I should also mention that Popeye being erased by existence is countered by his ability to create regenerating spinach out of nothing.

Fair point. I said the match would take a while for a reason; I'm not even sure if both can stay knocked out for that long.

Just making sure to remind yall that the victory condition I set is by knockout for at least 60 seconds, not death.

I chose Popeye over Usagi since he can likely break the stamina stalemate by doing something to the Silver Crystal (I don't think it's ever mentioned that the thing's indestructible), which would greatly weaken Usagi. Not sure if Usagi would be dumb enough to let the thing out, but still. Usagi's Transformation brooch may be a possibly easily exploitable weakness (Which may happen a lot quicker than the Silver Crystal being destroyed), I'm not sure.
