Sagat small downgrade (Street Fighter)

Problem:​

Sagat has superhuman lung capacity for holding his breath underwater for 20 minutes.

Peak humans have held their breath for longer.

Solution​

Remove it entirely and keep his stamina as "peak human"

Why would that be ? Clearly its a peak human feat. Nothing remotely superhuman behind it.
