Depends on how far they are to Hypersonic, but if you're tickling the balls of the speed tier, they'd go baseline Hypersonic

Just input different vaIues in this case and folIow the steps, and you shouId get an answer. For exampIe, different vaIues Iike initiaI distance between characters, time taken, reaction speed of other character, etc.

Edit : Its not a constant muItipIier, just a way to see how fast character B wouId be compared to A by anaIysing the circumstances

There is no such thing as blitz multiplier. In normal circumstances you could use hypersonic as timeframe to calc the movement of character B but that's calc stacking in this wiki.

Character B scales higher than A usually with "At least hypersonic" or if character A scales pretty close to next tier character can scale to it
