i doubt hes gonna have any issues with 4d plot manip

SA is basically the god to all vampires, thats why he has all the abilities of nobles including D and is D's superior and father
Thats why when you click on the "all abilities of nobles" it comes up with the entire page, not just noble physiology

I realized Akashic records cant be restricted because its base key and they were always outside the records making this a stomp for SA
