Death Note was looked at by the Audit Group, and most profiles are good where they're at. Except for Ryuk's.
First off all, he has Wall level durability with no explanation. It supposedly comes from being immune to bullets, but that's more so Intangibility (Immaterial) rather than invulnerability or durability. He should be Unknow, Shinigami are intangible with zero feats or anti-feats.
His Tier and striking strength in general should also be unknown. Shinigami don't physically fight at all. Shinigami can still physically pick up objects such as Death Notes and apples. Which is nothing beyond normal human, but still something.
The speed ratings are probably fine. Their reactions having shown anything too impressive and can be assumed similar to Light Yagami or L. And Shinigami do regularly travel from building to building very quickly, so SuperHuman is fairly uncontroversial. But there should be justifications for it.
So in conclusion, Nigh-Invulnerability should go, and physical stats, tier and durability should be Unknow.
