I feel like Ryuko would blitz him pretty easily. That aside, Whitebeard can take and dish out serious punishment, but Ryuko has him beat in almost every category except stamina. I will give this to Ryuko. Whitebeard's feats aren't really that noteworthy, he basically is all hype, granted he was past his prime, but still.

Edit: Wow, I completely forgot Ryuko is able to regenerate. Yeah, Ryuko takes this handily.
