Matoi did this which is 34.2 Exatons, but then proceeded become several times stronger via adaptation to such an extent that she went from being casually thrashed by Shinra Koketsu's first form to matching its second form, absorbing Shinra Koketsu, then absorbing the Cocoon Genesis Sphere

Matoi is also more skilled, has better regen, can grow stronger passively and with Rage Power, enhanced senses, and Supernatural Willpower can potentially resist Possession

Anything Fine throws at her just gets instantly regenerated and Ryuko grows stronger from it. There's really nothing she can do to stop that

Even if that were the case Ryuko can close that gap in an instant

Fair enough. I didn't equalise speed, but Ryuko upscales from 1% so much, they're probably comparable.
The only other thing working in Fine's favour is that she uses twin weapons, meaning she might be able to disable Ryuko's regeneration, though that requires dropping her attack potency a bit.

She'd have to cut every thread from both directions every single time in order to do that, and without prior knowledge or a lucky accident, she can't figure that out, so Ryuko would just outgrow her in the little time Fine has to exploit her advantages
