Ryu Hayabusa (Ninja Gaiden) vs Naruto Uzumaki

Idk about Ryu so I'm basing from his profile.

Combat Capacity
Most of Ryu's attacks are melee but he has some sort of Radar sense to home in on his opponent.
Ryu's Hayabusa Spirit allows him ridiculous crap like black hole creation, time stop and jumping thousands of feet in the air, etc.
Ryu's Blade of the Dragon Scales is a ranged fire tornado attack, Ultimate Ninpo summons a dragon of pure ki (requires reciting an incantation), Art of the Piercing Void summons a black hole-esque blob that is launched to the enemy
Naruto with bijuu-chakra fist punched back an attack the sliced the moon (the moon is hollow and Naruto is not at full power as he released Kurama to deal with giant moon golem).
Usually starts battle with his full-body chakra cloak and grew out of his tendency to start fighting with Kagebunshin.
Gudodama (ignores durability and can be shaped into balls, staffs and bubble shields), Sage Art : Super Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken is a combo attack with 9 rasenshuriken (with bijuu chakra properties courtesy of Bijuu, each one being continental in AP)
My verdict: Naruto blitzes and nukes him with everything. Else, Naruto blitzes and Gudodama.
(Naruto with morals off doesn't seem to disturbed with killing nowadays given that he just gave his son the chakra amp for a tiny Rasengan to make it huge and strong enough to kill off Momoshiki)
Sidenote: Ryu's notable weapon lists kusarigama twice.

well, if they are in character with mroals off, the second Hayabusa detects Naruto is a threat, he does have Time Stop to freeze Naruto and blitz him with Planet level attacks. Naruto in character is really hard to gauge since he's really abyssmal character wise. In Pt.1 he wants to fight everyone to prove he's the greatest, but in Pt. 2 he wants to talk everyone's head off. R2: Timestop stomp
Imo, if Hayabusa can timestop Naruto R1, he wins. If not, Naruto blitz unless the speed calcs have been massively reduced for Naruto
