…Yeah, in the Atlas Arc, but Raven is equal to Qrow in his first key, who’s not 8-B as per your revision.

so basically everyone with a post-Haven key would be Higher into High 8-C+ and Atlas arcs would be 8-B and qrow level people would be High 8-C+ in their initial keys and then 8-B in the atlas arc

And again, Maria’s profile states her prime is as strong as Post-Haven Team RWBY, who you say is High 8-C.

Qrow never really went through any training in the series and it really wouldn't make much sense for him to do so given his status so contrary to what his profile says he should only really have one key that is 8-B
plus theres the whole thing with mercury being flat out scared to fight him

I actually find it really strange Maria in her prime is High 8-C. Neo is 8-B and a vastly weaker and older Maria was confident in fighting her and won (granted the fight was small and absolutely could just be an outlier). Also I think the Ace Obs should have a different key or a note saying before volume 8 they were probably weaker, because they being stronger than Ironwood for years until he’s suddenly way stronger than them doesn’t make much sense.

It's strange how we even scale her to team RWBY from vol 6 when she was clearly talking about their mental strength

Wait why would she be 8-A? Scaling to the leviathan class Grimm? She nearly lost to a especially strong neremore and she has silver eyes that would allow her to one shot practically any Grimm. I think at least 8-B would make more sense and her statement about the kids being as strong as her should be discarded (since her being better than everyone is more consistently stated and her weaker self proves this).

Qrow had literally no idea where the restraint was going to come from, it came from behind him where he wasn't looking, and he wasn't blitzed by Clover. First off we have no idea who threw them, and a speed blitz is moving so fast that another person can't possibly react.

Being restrained by something coming from behind you isn't a blitz, or proof of Qrow being slower. Qrow does not need two keys, and Hazel shouldn't have two keys for Haven and Atlas. I don't remember anything stating Hazel was stronger than before, and we shouldn't give characters new keys just because it's a new volume.

We need something that shows/stated they've gotten stronger.
