After asking Fandom about the issue, I have some updates regarding Cloudyagami and Steezstifler.

Exactly, if we count the amount of warnings and bans that have been given to Cloudyagami and he has not come to his senses and now with the other user who seems to be the same and making trolls edits and the same unprofessional behavior, I think the permaban is guaranteed.

That's what I literally tried doing on the thread. I was constantly trying to diffuse the situation but they just wont listen. I did not just immediately report him, I tried convincing but he wont listen. I've already tried that for days in that thread and I had enough
I suggest you use your "own wits and maturity" and have a better understanding at the situation, rather than accusing me for being immature.

Thank you very much for helping out.
However, as an administrator you can more easily revert several edits by a single member by clicking the rollback button in the edit history for a wiki page, and if there are edits from several different members that all need to be reverted, you can click on (go to) the stored version of an affected page in its history section right before the bad edits began, and then click edit and save. It is a much easier and workable method than handling the edits one by one.

I'd like to report @Tatsumi504 for the following reason.
Recently, Anos Voldigoad's page was reuploaded to VSBW, having added type 1 conceptual manipulation to the page as a part of the update. However, his CM was previously accepted as being only type 3 in this thread, so I made a downgrade thread to rectify that. As @Tatsumi504 explains here (image saved here in case they delete), they changed it back to type 1 simply because they believed that the downgrade was wrong, saying that they didn't need to make an upgrade CRT as a result. Essentially, they are ignoring staff consensus and making upgrades that have previously been rejected. It should also be noted that Anos' profile was uploaded without a CRT, so this upgrade was done without any sort of analysis or approval from staff.
TL;DR: Tatsumi admits to ignoring accepted upgrades and inserting what they think is true with 0 staff oversight. Probably needs a strong warning or short term ban.

I don't mind all the Tatsumi stuff, but can you show me where a Tier 3 profile needs a CRT to be published? Only 1-A or tier 1 profiles need CRT's to be created.

I didn't say that, my point is that Tatsumi took a profile and changed a downgraded stat to something explicitly rejected despite not getting approval.
Imagine if I took, say, Yukari's profile, reworked it, and added plot manipulation despite that being shot down by staff. Would that not be a bit underhanded?

In the first place, confirmation was received from @DontTalkDT that the premise of the CRT is wrong- wasn't addressed directly but indirectly.
The premise of the CRT was that the concept governs only one thing and as such is a personal concept. DT confirmed that a concept governing only one thing doesn't make it a personal concept which voids the entire CRT and as I mentioned above, the CRT has nothing do with the current profile. The WN profiles were scrapped and it's strictly LN profiles now.
Yes I'm ignoring staff consensus that was wrong and doesn't even apply to the current profile so what exactly was previously rejected if LN profiles never existed to have a CRT done for them? Why is there a valid reason that I should take the word of the likes of @Planck69 who admittedly wasn't knowledgeable & @Maverick_Zero_X who literally only commented once, didn't return to the thread along with other staff who weren't knowledgeable on the topic over that of the author of the page in the first place?

You only have to make a downgrade thread... I understand tatsumi when he says that the LN is not entirely the same as the WN because I already noticed many feats that cannot be used due to the change in the translation. Either way i'm not involving myslf in this.

Ah, I see what the issue is. I meant that a CRT should've been made for giving Anos type 1 CM, since it was previously rejected. I don't mean a CRT should've been made for the profile rework (if it excluded the CM1 stuff).
The scans used to explain what a source is have remain unchanged from the two profiles. You can see here that the scans used predate the current profile by quite a long time. That aside, the LN has far less content than the WN, so there's even less evidence for type 1 CM.

Dread, the LN pages uses the exact same scans as the original page. So let me ask you this: Does the LN english translation have any new - as in, not found in the WN/MTL LN - context that would support type 1 concepts?

Anos is NOT new, you have to be ******* trolling. 99% of what is on his profile is stuff that was previously accepted and added to his old profile. And if LN is different from WN, then why are you using the same scans between the two?

If what Fujiwara is saying is true (I'd like other Anus Voidgold fans to confirm or deny whether the WN and LN use the same scans or not, that is the crux of the issue), then Fujiwara has a legitimate complaint. The problem is that this complaint is steeped in verse specific knowledge- are both characters dependent on these scans, were the matters tackled in the mentioned CRT meant for both versions of the character, etc.
If the answer is yes to these questions, then Fujiwara is 100% correct for making a report.

Using the same scans cannot be, because all the debate and downgrade happened long before Anos' profile was deleted and all the new scans are based on the LN and are completely recent.
The most that can be argued is that usually the LN are improvements of the WN and therefore must share practically the same explanation only retouched by the LN, which is true because many explanations and scans have been different from the WN (some feats can be used as before and some cannot because of the change in translation), only information from the WN was used in the previous downgrade and never from the LN.
So both can have some validation.
Tatsumi for trying to bring an ability with content completely unique to the LN.
And Fujiwara for saying that it has similarities between the 2 versions and it was downgraded.
In the same way, there is already a respective thread where the downgrade is being discussed to see if it pass or not.
