Armstrong has superior AP and Durability, and better movement speed. The only MAIN advantage for Rudol is the FTL+ Attack Speed.

This is pretty unfair for Stroheim. High 8C vs Low 7C 
. His ultraviolet weapons don't even hurt humans I think. Anyways, if it did, then Armstrong could regenerate using nanobots.
