I know there's the chance this is a haxstomp for the latter, but hax in Looney Tunes tend to work in unconventional ways, so I'm hoping that's the case here. I really want this to be fair

I'm going for Road Runner, he's faster than 8-C Ruby, but I'm in doubt about her semblance speed, it seems like no one is doing calc for it. But RR should take this because of his ability to manipulate time and space, and toonforce as well.

I mean speed is equalized, but manipulating time and space is pretty good yeah. How can he do that though?

RR's spatial manip comes from his toonforce feats. If I remember correctly, Wily occassionally places paintings and stuff, to cover up railway tunnels as a clear road and to cover traps. RR stright up runs through the paintings as if it were actual scenery, but Wily always collides against the painting and then falls victim to trains and his traps.

Thus, I feel RR's spatial manip isn't really that combat applicable, but I may be wrong. As for time manip, I don't really know.
