Gamabunta is 400m tall. Since Naruto is 400m away from Ruby at all times, her speed is irrelevant since distance helps Naruto a lot here.
Her speed also gets countered by superior numbers. That's why the kages alone couldn't keep up with Madara, but together they could land hits.

No it doesn't. She can't him from above Gamabunta, and her speed becomes irrelevant due to the distance between them. You only need to be 1/400th as fast as her bullets to sidestep them from 400m away.

Mach 2500 isn't the speed he needs to dodge that from 400m away. He legit would be able to dodge them from that far away even if he only had Mach 100 reactions.
Also, a single hit from a single clone will hurt her really bad, since Naruto is 3x her durability.

If you're 10m away from, say, a lightspeed projectile, you can be a tenth of the speed of light and still be able to move 1m to dodge it.
So yeah, Naruto has the reactions required to dodge and then some.

@Kep Why do you keep saying Ruby jobs a lot, she really doesnt. Even without her semblance she uses her rifle recoil to change directions and ove faster in the same manner

Watch the videos you gave me, and you'll see her constantly getting tagged on situations where she could've used her semblance to instadodge. So yeah, she either uses it or she doesn't. It's 50/50. That's lowkey jobbing.

If i was 370 meters away from a bullet traveling 370 meters per second, i still couldnt dodge it. Because i would not be able to perceive the bullet coming at me. Even though i had a second to dodge.

No you couldnt unless through sheer luck. There isnt a way to perceive the bullet coming at you. The second to react is useless because you are unable to see what you have to dodge

If someone was 10m away from you and they fired a lightspeed bullet at you, and you sidestepped it, you'd only need to be tenth of the speed of light to dodge it. That's nowhere near the speed of what you're dodging, but you're still able to accomplish it.
Why? Because distance counters perception.

Weekly, I am siding with Kep, Burning, Rocker, and the others.
The speed advantage isn't massive in her base, not even enough to blitz at all-- and unless you can pull out a multiplier or something, we can't really take it into account. The reason being is that it's vague, and because of that, we don't know if Naruto will be able to handle it-- and, if it would really change the fight significantly enough to matter-- for all we know, it could be another 2x increase, which is closer to blitzing, but not too far to the point where it's a speed blitz. Usain Bolt can't speed blitz most people, considering he's peak human. 4 times faster might push me, but it's not enough to speed blitz-- barely tho.
Doesn't deny the rest of what we said. Her intangibility, can she attack while tangible? And has she ever gotten hit before aside from that one PIS moment? Because if Speed and intangibility that is only useful on evasion are the only things she has, I don't see her winning. In addition to the fact that she won't outlast Naruto in stamina. This guy can divide himself into Clones that can create 1,000 copies and up, and do it again-- fight for days straight in a war, etc. Sure, those were feats for him later in the series, but it's a testament to his stamina-- in addition to his Uzumaki clan lineage granting him that Stamina, and him in the beginning of the Series summoning up a BUNCH of clones without breaking a sweat.
If she can't hit him without being intangible, she dies. Plain and simple.

That is not what needs explained, you are putting that into a vacuum. Yes, that is correct. But not only would you have to start dodging the instant it fires, but you would have to know exactly when it fires and where the projectile is in a combat situation.

@amexim her attack while in her semblance took out all of JNPR and was large aoe.

@Ameim Her Semblance allows her to blitz ach 2500+ characters, yes she can attack while intangible by means of creating offensive tornados which can harm people stronger than herself, and she also has rifle kickback she uses as manuverability.
