Yes, he does. Not only would he whack until Salad Fingers is dead, but Salad Fingers cannot physically fight and is too insane to know what the heck he should be doing. In fact, the "tree wrapping around him" feat isn't even a "feat", it was literally just a dream. It wasn't even real.

Baldi can take being slammed into the wall at high speeds, you know that?

If that's how you feel, then go ahead. I can't stop you from looking like an idiot when your arguments are debunked.

Baldi would wreck most of the weaker combatants due to sheer speed advantage (and the fact that Mama Tattletail is literally the size of a football) but probably stops at the Rake, Skitzo, Bendy, Michael Myers, Freddy Fazbear, or Jeff the Killer with his handgun (when I looked at his arsenal on DBFW I saw he could just shoot Baldi with his gun).

1. Characters absorb things far stronger than them all the time. BB absorbed the Moon Cell, for Pete's sake!

2. That tier will likely be revised in the future. Just look at the profile for proof.

Then how did the Losers Club beat his butt with a bunch of slingshots? Besides his obvious arrogance? And they didn't fear him, otherwise that wouldn't have happened.

But he's shown soul absorption. He can just eat all the souls Pennywise has and become as powerful as him. Or close.
