Roy vs Goku

I vote Goku not only does he have better range with the power poll, he can also fly with the nimbus, and just blow him up with a kamehameha wave

That's kinda out of character in a one on one fight though

Goku has used all of these things in one on one fights

I don't recall Goku, at least at this point, ever just hop on the Nimbus and abuse his range

He doesn't I'm saying these three factors indivdually will net Goku the win, He does regularly use the power poll's extended range to fight his opponents, he does use the Nimbus Cloud when he is in danger, and he most certainly uses the Kamehameha. We also know he's familiar with fighting sword users after his first encounter with Yamcha. I also forgot to mention that he can create afterimages which will allow him to get the drop on roy.
