The chapter 91 feat was calced here and only got a 7-C result.While it doesn't include the blast, the chapter showcased that the best result you could get from it would be frag or v. frag which wouldn't be enough to push it to 7-A.

Considering Orochi's earthquake generated from the beam only got Low 7-B I don't see how Saitama's punch would result in anything more than a supporting rating.

I can calculate it if I can find the depth, but don't expect much.

Even 100 km only got me 4 megatons.
