I think i'm gonna have to give this to Ranma. His Hiryu Shoten Ha is actually perfect for someone like Lee. Lee's firery personality will just power up the move even more. Aside from that, I'd say there about even with everything else. Ranma's ability to quickly master many different martial arts might mean he's a little bit more skilled.

I don't really remember Ranma 1/2, but his profile says he is 8B or much higher, but rock lee (teen) is 7C, and the adult one is 7A, so isn't it an AP stomp?
