Monkey boi is about 607 kilotons whereas lego boi is about 312 kilotons, and luffy is around mach 200 or so in comparison (Using Luffy's 5th key, assuming how this fight goes out. At the same time, the player is most likely at the end of the game and is somewhat closer to luffy due to being fully upgraded, so this is probably closer than what I have mentioned.
Luffy boi has some fire resistance, poison resistance, electricity resistance, and resistance to blunt attacks, so this'll probably be really difficult for the lego boi due to most of his attacks not working at the start until he starts using water element attacks on Luffy, which could probably be a huge threat to him, given the difference between this and the velocity that the meteors in EBG travel.
Likewise, a majority of the player's attacks won't work against luffy due to blunt, electrical, fire, and poison resistances. Although, there still exists, several different elements that ca work against luffy boi here (and more)
So, about at least 13 different elements (Including water) work against luffy in this match up, which isn't bad, considering that's only about half his arsenal of elements, but still has some hax to keep up.

Luffy doesn't have any hax. Hax is something independent from attack potency ( I.E Time Manipulation, Durability negation, Regenerationn etc.) Luffy doesn't have anything that can be called hax. Meanwhile The Player has actual hax and judging by the profile he's MHS- SOL
