Ok soo there's a teen titans marathon on cartoon network as we speak and in the Episode with the Master of Gamea Robin was able to do battle with the master after the former had the powers of Cyborg, hotspot, speedie, aqualad, beast boy, wildebeast, and gizmo and even managed to save cyborgs and speedie before defeating him, and he also tanked cyborgs cannon blast and continued fighting after. I think thia warrants Robin being at least Large Building level to Possibly City-block level; to back this up Robin was also able to fight all titans at once even raven and starfire as Red X and as Slade apprentice. There's even more feats that warrant a robin upgrade
