I think Ivellios takes this pretty handily actually, Shizuka is extremely reliable on her bow and is awful when it comes to melee combat, so all ivellios really has to do is get in close to her, which thankfully he has work around her bow such as deflect missiles, his cloak of displacement creating an illusion of himself could also possibly throw her of her game and step of wind makes it easier to reach her in time befkre ivellios can sustain to much damage from shizuka's arrows and when ivellios gets close well
