This was debunked months ago.

Esdeath's time stop being ice manipulation comes from a statement in the non canon anime, that, and Esdeath's time Stop worked on people who resisted cold temperatures.

I am pretty sure Rimuru Tempest can absorb Dante (Devil May Cry) as he did for Gelmudo or Ifrit and call it a day since he resists almost all of his. Besides, Rimuru Tempest can negate High-Mid Regenerationn but can negate Dante (Devil May Cry)'s Regenerationn.
