In Season 3, Episode 4, Rick creates a Neutino Bomb while drunk that, according to him, could possibly have destroyed the solar system

I propose that we upgrade Rick with Inventions to possibly 4-B

On a side note, I also think that Rick with Inventions should be revised to At least 5-B, possibly 4-B as his Concentrated Dark Matter Bomb was never actually proven to create a Jupiter-Sized explosion, the Zigerion's Ship was only shown as an arguably Planet-Sized vessel up against The Sun, and in Season 3, Episode 4, Morty states that Rick has created Neutrino Bombs before, and originally according to Rick earlier in the episode, the bomb would have at least been capable of destroying the planet
