Richard Spender vs. Delirium

Delirium's AP

How often/how they use their time slow, and other abilities.

Time Slow is whenever he transforms into Conquest, which is usually random, he does start alternating between forms quicker whenever he's lower though.

His favorite move is a fuckton of danmaku, a occasionally homing bullets too.
 
And Spender is >> 218 megajoules, although Spirit Fusion likely places him closer to this. So, they should be relatively even.

Spender could absorb light from a lot of the energy/fire-based attacks and ouright redirect/negate/absorb any light-based attacks. That put, dealing with Danmaku even when he has flight would be difficult.

Spender likely gets beat up a bunch in the beggining, before he activates Spirit Trance and starts using his shadow abilities, eventually EE'ing Delirium.

So, Spender takes this Mid/High-Diff.
