Bear takes this VERY easily. Not only is Rhino just egregiously stupid, but Bear has a higher AP than Rhino's Durability. He has more skill too I'm assuming.

Except he hasn't shown the tactical ability to keep his distance and range spam. He'll be advancing and shooting like he did against Spidey. The setup of the fight also allows the bear to ambush the rhino like he did against Goku and Bulma, making the starting distance for combat even closer.
