Shido has: Shitdalphon, Ice Manipulation, Transmutation, Teleportation, Regenerationn, Sealing, Time Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Statistics Amplification, Fate Manipulation, Death Manipulation, Existence Erasure and Law Mnaipulation.

Sorry for being late on this, but Rex's best options as a Master Driver are precogniton, durability negation, probability manipulation and reality warping. Rex's precog is pretty basic, it just lets him see into the future and it's passive. Probability manipulation with one of his blade arts lets him nullify a single reaction of an enemy. Rex can basically destroy Shido from the inside with Nia, by inverting his cell reproduction. Finally, his reality warping with Pneuma lets him alter physical laws around him and basically give him a speed boost. I can give a scan for that if you want.

Then not voting just yet but leaning towards Shido. From the description of sealing Rex doesn't seem to have anyway to get around that and since it's on a Conceptual Level. While Precognition plus a well timed use of Probability Manipulation could help him out Rex's precog is no where near as good as Shulk's. Plus Law Manipulation is a damn powerful hax to have. I do see Ressurection on his page. Would he be able to ressurect from Nia?
