Just looked over this thread again.

It seems that everyone agrees with the powers and abilities, but the tiering is a bit tricky. I don't think we can scale her to Legion or Uranos, since the former has no durability rating, and the latter has no profile here.

For that reason, I think Storm (when tapping into her godhead) should be High Universe level. She scales solidly to 1/2 Phoenix Emma, who has that rating currently (oddly, Emma currently has her fight with Storm included within her own High 3-A durability justifications). Along with that feat, as mentioned in the OP, Storm scaling to X-man should be removed as an outlier and included in the High 3-A justifications.

Does this qualify for Life Manipulation? Through a ritual performed with Apocalypse, Sunfire, Vulcan, and Orc with Storm acting as the fulcrum and the true magic at the center brought the autumn continent to life. Apocalypse also credits her with being the one to spark life in the autumn continent. X-Men: Red 17-18

Also should her tier's wording be changed slightly to High 3-A at peak and accessing godhead?

One last ability addition and a wording change
 
I think that she needs to perform such a feat on her own for it to reliably be listed as a power here.

What are the reasons for your suggested wording change?
