The main thing is that the entirety of DC's 4-B's currently scale to him without it being clear on anyone's page since there's no other accurate way to scale Wally's RMP to everyone, talk about outdated lol. I'll fix this in a future revision. The other problem is that he isn't affected by retcons from Post-Crisis all the way to Rebirth (and even remembers himself dying in Pre-Crisis) so we'll have to see how to handle him exactly (it's not impossible that he grew faster and stronger throughout the years).

it's basically just this, if we say RF was moving about as fast when Wally RMP'd him as when Superman "shlapt" him then we can scale everyone to the RMP in a valid way. Keep in mind that RF was still conscious after the RMP (so his dura scales, although he also keeps an 8-C end) so it's likely that a semi-serious Supes scales to or above it.
