Resistance to mind hax via not having a brain

Deoends on how the mindhax works

If it works on Non corporals and such it still works due to having a consciousness

I think it should be like that normally but I here that if a person doesn't show it they can't mindhax something without a brain.

Not having a brain isn't synonymous with lacking a mind. So unless it specifically means that a character is mindless, mind-hax would work just fine on them.

If the mindhax seems to work on what we know as mind, which is intangible and not certainly tied to the brain, then no.

Mindhax like Naruto's Genjutsu, for example, work by interrupting the Chakra flow in the brain. Lacking a brain would make you unaffected by that type of mindhax.

Isn't that just resistance to biological mindhax/empathetic, probably through electromagnetic manipulation. Even if you don't have a conscious, pretty sure some fiction can even mindhax robots.

Wait wait, so it would still be resistance to mind manipulation on the profile, at least, to ones that work by affecting the brain?

If the mindhax works by affecting the brain like Biological Manipulation would do, yes.
