As we know, Ghiaccio stated that Purple Haze's Virus wouldn't have a effect on him, as well do we know that Ghiaccio can freeze the air around him. Would that give him a Resistance to Disease Manipulation?

That's not as much as a resistance as much as it's a testament to how good his stand is at freezing stuff.

He prevents the disease from getting into his system to begin with. That's like saying he has a resistance to bullets.
