How much of the explosion would the boulder have taken? Same amount?

Actually el gigante should scale significantly to the boulder busting, something went wrong with that calc because if the explosion destroyed the boulder there is no way el Gigante didn’t endure nearly as much energy from it.
It should be Boulder fragmentation energy * ( Boulder Surface area/ Gigantes Surface area) because they’re pretty much the exact same distance away from the explosion which destroyed the boulder.

El Gigante's original boulder feat in RE4 is 9-A+, you'd just scale Ndesu above that because Uroboros is derivative of Las Plagas.

Again, that's not El Gigante. That's Ndesu. Uroboros, not simply Las Plagas.
The explosion also isn't what destroys the boulder, it's Ndesu dropping it.

I got you two videos.
In this one, El Gigante actually fragments the boulder himself with a single shot.
With this video, the boulder falls on the El Gigante and shatters upon contact.

If the human height you used in that calc just-so-happened to be far bigger than 1.72 meters, would that impact the calculation at all?
Because, in the game Chris Redfield is about 6 ft tall, and the Majini in RE5 are massive; their models typically tower over Chris by a good bit.

I think an interesting durability feat to potentially calculate would be Urias Strajer being able to survive 5-6 explosions from the target locator, which in this video around the 10:13 second mark was able to destroy a sizeable wooden tower of sorts, plus a massive amount of mold surrounding it and a good amount of the ground as well to reveal the cave tunnel system below leading to the Megamycete.

In that case, others like Wesker could probably upscale from it as well; given that they can all be taken out with the Grenade Launcher, whereas RPGs are needed to even stun Wesker.
