So it seems like that most feats of "resseting" the universe is rated as Low 2-C on the basis that it should affect all of the universe's time.
Would the same logic apply to resseting the higher dimensional time of a Multiverse, resulting in High 2-A?
Both seem to work on the same reasoning, so I personally don't see why not.
