So, I missed a little sumn sumn for Renji in cour 1 that implies his Post-TS self (pre RG training) is around Byakuya level.
Meat and Taters
Here is my proposal for the upgrades to his Post-Timeskip key.
Tier: High 6-A, higher with Bankai and Shakkaho
AP: Multi-Continent level (Renji has done extensive training over the 2 years<ref>Bleach Chapter 465</ref>, and due to the mechanics of reiryoku and reiatsu, his Attack Potency should be comparable to his Durability; this is consistent with the notion that Byakuya brought Renji along to fight the Sternritter implicitly believing Renji is around his level, albeit he is slightly weaker than Byakuya given their performances against As Nodt<ref>Bleach TYBW: Ep. 4 & 5</ref><ref group="Note">2.2175 Exatons</ref>), higher with Bankai and Shakkaho (Byakuya believed that Renji would be able to fight an opponent with Senbonzakura Kageyoshi with his own Bankai<ref>Bleach TYBW: Ep. 5</ref>)
Striking Strength: Multi-Continent level (Comparable to his Attack Potency), higher with Bankai
Durability: Multi-Continent level (Capable of decently defending against an attack from As Nodt wielding Senbonzakura Kageyoshi despite being put on the back foot<ref>Bleach TYBW: Ep. 5</ref><ref group="Note">2.2175 Exatons</ref>), higher with Bankai
Conclusion
Renji's heavily implied and shown to be on the same level as Byakuya even if slightly weaker (hence he's just getting High 6-A and not at least High 6-A).
