Previous thread was concluded under the premise that Skinner was absurdly stronger and more skilled. While he's stronger here, he's likely not more skilled than Goku, who clashed with Roshi and even outdone him a few times, while Roshi is way more experienced and even treated as the God of Martial Arts.

Looking at it, DB 8-C is really weird. Goku's 8-C scaling to Nam but Nam scales to Goku as well.
