What is the step in creating or destroying the universe we live in?

Well....it's 3-A or Low 2-C....as the names imply...

It depends on the method, but 3-A to Low 2-C normally. A big Bang that's treated normally as a big explosion of mass-energy would simply be 3-A unless there are specific space-time statements. But "Giving birth to the Universe from the Chaos of Creation" is typically Low 2-C. Although, a method such as creating every planet and star one by one over time would be At least 4-B. Since the most durable known star in the universe has around 640 Foe or something like that as its GBE.

If a character creates our universe with spacetime, is it low 2C or 3A?

If space-time is indicated to be involved with the creation or destruction of the universe, it’s Low 2-C. If not, meaning just the physical content of the universe, then 3-A.
