Ren also deduced that two things would happen, either the world wouldn't let him go out, or that once he is out of the Briah range, he would never come back. Honjou also comments on how the school looked completely normal when she wasn't in Bey's Briah. More confirmation by Ren who says that the world changed the moment they entered the school and he compares it to Marie's Beach (Realm in which Marie's reside in) suddenly manifesting. Now here's the important part, Valerian Trifa Shoots out Longinuzlanze from outside the world, destroying the moon created by Wilhelm's Briah. It's further supported by the statement of dimension being ignored

TL;DR Reinhard/Valerian LLT should have cross-dimensional range

As for the other thing, Reinhard Gladsheimr should be Multiverse+, not Multiverse.

Considering that literally everyone can literally walk right into wilhem's briah, no.

This is not cross universal range. Saying this is cross universal range is worse than saying that because I threw a pebble through a portal to another world, I now have cross universal range. And even that example has the other world as separate from ours.

The area within the briah may be described as another world, but it is a descriptio. The Briah's area is not separated from the space-time of the normal world. It's just overwriting the world in its AoE. Sending something into that AoE isn't cross universal range. Any normal person could have walked into that Briah AoE, and in fact many did. You going to argue for everyone who goes to Ren's school to have cross universal travel now?

Also, I want proof that Gladshiemr can be used as a launching pad to cross to any universe in the multiverse seeing as the only times it either left or entered the world it was done from and to a single universe with a lengthy magic ritual involving lots of people being soul sucked.

Cross universal range based on the spear entering an AoE effect described as "another world"

However it is not a world that is separated from the space-time of the normal world. It is part of the normal world that is just being overwritten by Wilhelm's Brian, and anyone can enter it without any difficulty. They just need to walk into the area of effect. Hence why this is not cross universal range.
