Appearance: A disgusting mishmash of spiky armor, human flesh, bone, and organs. It sports large claws and its rib cage is spread open, though most of its organs are now gone. Five large tentacles sprout from its back and it appears to have mandibles on its three extra jawless heads. Its several extra arms and pincers on the end are disfigured and of varying size, and the tops of its heads seem to be separated from the necks, also sporting a set of mandibles on the main head's mutated jaws. It sports several long scythe-like tails created from the corpses' innards and legs, fused together into single limbs. A set of tentacle like appendages extend from its lower stomach and there is also a pair of small arm-like appendages on its torso.
